		<description>Matsimitsu, I&#039;m thinking of buying a Wacom myself. I had a simple Wacom clone for my PC way back, and got fair use for it when doing vector illustrations (which I suck at), so I might pick up one again.

Chuck, in the first step, and anywhere else if the project warrants it. It depends on the client and type of site, but I certainly agree that it&#039;s a good idea to engage the users if possible!</description>
