This article couldn't have come at a better time.

I'm currently dealing with two clients on two major web design projects and I also have an additional small web development project on my hands. It's a real mess out here, but I'm hanging on.

Some of the things that you mentioned come naturally to most people but under stress conditions things can easily get out of control. Of course, keeping clients happy with constant displays of your work on their projects is the most important thing. But this should also be done with quality in mind. A simple sketch just won't cover it.

I think I can handle them all to the end and I'll gladly return with a personal comment on this situation.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for this! I'm just starting the design part of my little business venture, and now I think I know how to prep for clients (if I ever get the site finished!).

Is that ClipArt? Shame on you!
