How do you upgrade wordpress blog manually?

I have version 2.5 but the automatic wordpress plugin doesn’t work.

I love the latest version of WordPress, it took me less than a minute to upgrade and I found these improved features to be a great help so far.

Be sure to check ur plugin compatibility though, and know that bugs are always lurking, so report them if you can.

oooOOOOooo…. looks really promising and i totally dig the modified author feature. now, if someone screwed up my page/post, i’ll know who it was, muahahahaha! i do have an off-topic question, how would you stack up WP 2.8 to EE 1.6.7?
