		<description>Very good advice. I haven&#039;t gone after popular bloggers, but I do find that the best clients are those who have already seen your work and are referred to you. Going after a popular blogger is an extension of that idea.

Also, it doesn&#039;t hurt for a web development company to launch their own popular blog.</description>
