I also like to submit to multiple other directories in addition to ezine articles. I did a split test once with two similar websites. Site 1 was submitted to the top 3 directories and site 2 was submitted to the top three and 100 other via a submission software. After 8 months site 2 was 22 pages higher in the rankings with over 120 more links to the site. I use ezine articles frequently and have had great success with them.
